UX‑Driven UI Designer

The role involves designing user interfaces and leading UX research for Wipro’s product portfolio.

• Create high‑quality UI designs in Figma that align with the customer’s design system and accessibility standards.
• Conduct UX research, including requirements gathering, user interviews, accessibility and heuristic audits, usability testing, and data synthesis.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience across multiple PtP program modules.
• Translate research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI assets, ensuring consistency and usability through design governance and iteration.
• Utilize Figma Make and incorporate AI‑driven design tools to improve design efficiency, prototyping, and testing workflows.

• Strong experience in user interface design.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency with Figma and knowledge of accessibility best practices.
• Ability to conduct user research and usability testing.

• Competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $121,000, depending on location, experience, and skill set.
