Must-Haves
5+ years of recruiting with heavy sourcing emphasis
Strong passive candidate outreach experience
Experience supporting technical hiring
Startup or scale-up environment experience
Strong talent mapping + market research abilities
Linked In Recruiter power user
Comfortable influencing hiring managers and strategy

Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS
