IT Business Analyst & Technical Writer

We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong technical writing skills to support IT/software projects in the Engineering domain. The ideal candidate will translate complex technical requirements into clear documentation, collaborate with engineering teams, and engage with senior management to drive project success.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects
• Strong technical writing skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in documentation tools:
  Confluence, MS Word, Markdown, etc.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in IoT, PLM, or enterprise software domains
• Understanding of APIs, data modeling, and integration concepts
• Experience with Jira, Rally, or similar tools

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Create functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA to ensure alignment
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements
• Support UAT and maintain requirements traceability
• Prepare technical documentation: SRS, BRD, API docs, user manuals
• Maintain documentation standards and version control
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear language for non-technical audiences
• Create diagrams, workflows, and process maps (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with organizational and industry documentation standards

• Engineering domain experience (IoT/PLM/Enterprise Software)
• Prior exposure to systems integration and data modeling
• Strong stakeholder management in a global environment
