We are looking for a transformational leader to build and lead Global Growth Systems — a newly created organization responsible for reimagining how customer growth happens at scale across Salesforce.

This is not a traditional marketing role. This is a systems, intelligence, and business transformation role at the center of how Salesforce acquires, engages, converts, and grows customer relationships globally.

The world is rapidly shifting from static campaigns and channel‑based marketing toward adaptive, AI‑powered growth systems that operate continuously, learn in real time, and orchestrate engagement across every customer touchpoint. We believe the companies that win over the next decade will not simply market better, they will build smarter growth systems.

Global Growth Systems will sit at the center of that transformation for Salesforce.

This leader will architect and operate a modern growth engine that connects data, AI, automation, digital engagement, lifecycle orchestration, experimentation, and customer intelligence into a unified system designed to drive measurable business outcomes. The mandate is broad: rethink how growth works, modernize the operating model, and help Salesforce lead the industry in how AI transforms customer acquisition and engagement.

The right leader is equal parts operator, technologist, strategist, and builder. Someone who understands that the future of growth will be powered by intelligent systems, not disconnected campaigns. Someone who can build trust across Product & Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Data Science, and Executive Leadership because they consistently deliver business results.

You should be deeply curious about how AI and agentic systems will reshape customer journeys, decisioning, experimentation, and organizational design. You should care about speed, systems thinking, operational excellence, and measurable impact. And you should believe that growth is no longer a function — it is an enterprise capability.

What You’ll Own
  • Define and lead the vision and operating strategy for Global Growth Systems across Salesforce
  • Build Salesforce’s next‑generation intelligent growth engine spanning digital engagement, lifecycle orchestration, AI, automation, experimentation, and customer intelligence
  • Transition marketing from static, campaign‑based execution to an adaptive, always‑on growth system
  • Architect unified customer engagement systems across paid, owned, web, lifecycle, SEO/SEM, social, and emerging AI‑driven channels
  • Design intelligent decisioning systems that continuously optimize acquisition, conversion, retention, and expansion in real time
  • Lead the adoption and integration of AI, automation, and agentic technologies across the global marketing ecosystem
  • Partner deeply with Product & Engineering to build scalable growth infrastructure, customer experiences, experimentation systems, and AI‑powered workflows
  • Create an operational culture grounded in experimentation, speed, accountability, data, and measurable business outcomes
