The Senior Project Management Specialist will play a pivotal role in leading the deployment of cutting‑edge technologies. Your main responsibilities will include:

• SVX & AI Deployment Leadership:
  • Manage the rollout of SVX devices to ensure effective connectivity with APX smart radios and V700/M500 in‑car systems.
  • Oversee the integration of Assist AI workflows such as Assisted Narrative and automated redaction.
  • Act as the key point of contact between Engineering, Product, and customers to guarantee functionality aligns with agency requirements.
• Ecosystem Program Management:
  • Provide strategic oversight of complex, multi‑site projects that integrate LMR voice, LTE data, video evidence, and AI analytics.
  • Act as the primary facilitator for all project elements to deliver on contractual obligations within timelines and budgets.
  • Engage cross‑functional teams in Sales, Engineering, and Product to maintain a cohesive project delivery approach.
  • Support agencies in transitioning to the SVX platform from traditional devices.
• Financial & Performance Management:
  • Oversee program budgets, including forecasting and allocation, to ensure financial efficiency and project success.
  • Proactively manage risks associated with SaaS/DEMS cloud migrations and hardware updates.
  • Utilize project management tools to address and resolve complex project challenges effectively.

• Collaborative team player comfortable working with limited direction.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of wireless/LTE infrastructure and evidence management policies.
• Ability to understand Body‑Worn Camera workflows and Digital Evidence Management Systems.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted software, including transcription and object detection, is a plus.
• Awareness of PMBOK or PRINCE2 project management standards.
• Exceptional presentation skills for diverse audiences, including law enforcement and municipal leadership.
• Willingness to travel 50‑75% as business needs require.

$100,000 - $110,000 USD

• Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 4 years of Project/Program Management experience in Telecommunications, Video Security, or Public Safety Technology.
• PMP Certification is essential.
• Must be eligible for background clearance as mandated by government clients.
