• Build next-generation AI assistant capabilities involving reasoning, memory, personalization, and contextual intelligence.
• Design intelligent retrieval, ranking, and recommendation systems powering highly personalized assistant experiences at massive scale.
• Develop multimodal AI systems across text, image, video, voice, and conversational interaction.
• Improve long-context understanding, adaptive personalization, and user intent modeling across real-world interaction scenarios.
• Work on AI agents, conversational reasoning systems, and proactive recommendation capabilities.
• Explore next-generation human‑AI interaction paradigms involving contextual awareness and AI‑assisted decision‑making.
• Optimize retrieval, inference, and online serving performance for large-scale real-time AI assistant workloads.
• Partner closely with engineering and product teams to rapidly iterate AI‑native consumer experiences with global-scale impact.

• Strong coding capabilities in Python, C++, or Java.
• Passion for building AI-native consumer products.
• Ability to thrive in highly product-oriented, fast-moving engineering environments.
• Native or near-native Mandarin fluency (spoken and written).
