OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead a large-scale cloud-based data warehouse transformation for a public-sector organization.
This role is responsible for modernizing legacy systems, integrating siloed data, and delivering a secure, scalable analytics platform that enables faster, more reliable decision-making and improved public service outcomes.
The TPM will own end-to-end program delivery, aligning government stakeholders, engineering teams, and vendors while managing governance, risk, and organizational change in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Drive a major cloud data transformation to modernize legacy platforms and integrate fragmented data sources
- Enable faster, more reliable, and data-driven decision-making across the organization
- Deliver a scalable, secure, and sustainable data and analytics ecosystem
- Improve operational efficiency, compliance, and public service delivery outcomes
- 8+ years of experience in technical program or project management
- Proven leadership managing large, complex technology programs with multiple stakeholders
- Strong experience working within government or public-sector environments
- Familiarity with data governance, security, privacy, and compliance frameworks
- Demonstrated experience delivering modern data platforms and analytics ecosystems
- Experience spanning both program management and project-level execution
- PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or comparable certification
- Deep understanding of cloud data architectures and enterprise integrations
- Strong vendor management and contract delivery experience
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate strategically while maintaining hands-on delivery oversight - Proven success leading transformational initiatives in regulated environments

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 – $80.00/hr.
