About the Role

Kalungi is a B2B SaaS marketing agency that embeds fractional marketing pods inside growing software companies. We build and run full marketing functions for our clients, from early-stage startups to companies scaling toward $50M ARR.

We are hiring a Demand Generation Specialist to join a pod led by a senior fractional CMO. You will own the full digital marketing execution function across approximately four B2B SaaS clients simultaneously, spanning paid, email nurture, and review platform programs. You will work alongside a senior content strategist and a marketing automation specialist to deliver coordinated, high-quality demand generation for each client.

This is a high-ownership, low-bureaucracy role. You will be expected to move fast, think clearly, and build repeatable systems as you go.

What You Will Own

Paid Media Execution (Primary)
  • Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Linked In Ads, Google Search, and Meta for multiple B2B SaaS clients
  • Own campaign structure, audience segmentation, bidding strategy, creative testing, and budget pacing
  • Run structured A/B tests and translate results into ongoing optimizations
  • Leverage AI tools for ad creative generation, performance analysis, and campaign optimization
Demand Generation Campaign Execution
  • Orchestrate and execute multi-channel demand gen campaigns across digital channels including email nurture, review site programs (G2, Capterra, Trustpilot), and emerging digital channels as relevant per client
  • Coordinate with the content strategist when campaign assets are needed, keeping their focus on SEO and thought leadership
  • Coordinate with the automation specialist for Hub Spot workflows, lead routing, and lifecycle triggers
Performance Reporting
  • Own the client-facing performance reporting function: build dashboards that are live, accurate, and actionable
  • Preferred reporting environment is Hub Spot, but the priority is usability, not platform
  • Present results and recommendations directly to clients as needed, in collaboration with the pod CMO
Playbook Development
  • Document what works across campaigns and clients to build a scalable demand gen playbook by month six
  • Identify gaps in each client's channel mix and make a case for expansion where the data supports it
What Success Looks Like

60 Days
  • All active demand gen channels are stable and running cleanly
  • Up to 4 clients have active, optimized paid and email programs in place
  • Reporting dashboards are live and reviewed with clients
  • You have a clear read on each client's current performance baseline
6 Months
  • A documented, repeatable demand gen playbook exists and is in use
  • Client channel mixes are being actively expanded based on data
  • Clients see measurable pipeline impact from programs you own
  • You are a trusted voice in client strategy conversations
What We Are Looking For

Must-Haves
  • 3-6 years of demand generation experience in B2B SaaS, agency experience a strong plus
  • Proven track record running positive-ROI campaigns across multiple channels that materially impacted pipeline and revenue, with results you can speak to specifically
  • Hands-on expertise running paid campaigns in Linked In Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
  • Strong understanding of email nurture strategy and execution
  • Experience with review site programs including G2, Capterra, and Trustpilot
  • Hub Spot proficiency including CRM, marketing hub, and reporting
  • Comfort using AI tools daily: ad creative generation, campaign optimization, workflow efficiency
  • Fluent English, written and verbal, with minimal accent, for direct client communication
  • Based in Latin America with availability during U.S. business hours (PT, CT, or ET)
  • Strong analytical instincts: you make decisions with data, not gut feel
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience with A/B testing platforms and structured experimentation frameworks
  • Familiarity with attribution tools and multi-touch pipeline reporting
  • Ability to contribute to channel strategy, not just execute it
  • Experience managing programs across multiple clients or brands simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of SEO and AIO as adjacent channels (you will not own these, but context helps)
