Senior Product Manager - Developer Platform Core Services

Summary

The Senior Product Manager for Developer Platform Core Services leads strategy, vision, and execution for deployment pipelines, developer tooling, and platform orchestration to improve developer productivity and deployment reliability. This role partners with engineering and platform teams to modernize infrastructure, define roadmaps, and drive platform adoption across the enterprise. The position is hybrid based in Seattle.

• Define and communicate multi-year product vision and strategy for deployment automation, container orchestration, and developer tooling
• Serve as primary product owner for Developer Platform initiatives and prioritize the technology backlog
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with engineering, program, and platform teams to deliver platform capabilities
• Conduct discovery and customer research to synthesize developer needs and inform product decisions
• Translate insights into roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage full product lifecycle and go-to-market activities
• Establish and monitor KPIs such as deployment success rates, build times, adoption, and platform reliability

• 3–5 years of product management experience in platform engineering, Dev Ops, or technical infrastructure
• Domain expertise with CI/CD systems, deployment automation, IaC, container technologies, and cloud platforms
• Technical fluency with tools such as Git Lab, Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Proven ability to define, measure, and analyze KPIs to improve developer productivity and platform reliability
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience
