The RoleWe are hiring a Content & Digital Marketing Manager
—a key hire to take Cascade into its next phase of growth through our thought leadership content, video, and digital channels.
You’ll deliver content with speed and excellence—running and optimizing our social (organic and paid), website, and video presence as we grow. At the same time, you’ll build the infrastructure: an AI‑native Content Supply Chain and your own team of AI agents that scale what’s possible.
At Cascade, this role owns:
- Driving SEO/AEO/GEO strategy and gatekeeping its execution
- Running our organic and paid social channels
- Continuously optimizing our website
- Leading our video strategy and production
- Running our newsletter and nurture programs
- Driving A/B testing and experimentation across landing pages, forms, CTAs, and emails
- Generating content (planned and rapid‑response, short‑form and long‑form) and delivering it through a multi‑channel approach
- Building and executing an AI‑native Content Supply Chain
You’re the facilitator of our thought leadership—bringing together ideas from the CEO, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, synthesizing them into a coherent point of view, and translating it into content that meets our growth objectives and shapes our brand. You activate it across SEO/AEO/GEO, organic and paid social, the website, and video, powered by an AI‑native Content Supply Chain behind it.

What You’ll DoSearch & AI Engine Visibility (SEO / AEO / GEO)- Own SEO, AEO, and GEO end-to-end. Drive how Cascade gets found and cited across the major AI answer engines and AI Overviews.
- Run keyword and query research, competitive gap analysis, and topic clustering tied to buyer intent across HR, IT, and Operations.
- Optimize content for search and AI visibility: on-page SEO, structured data, metadata, internal linking, and AEO/GEO best practices.
- Act as the gatekeeper for SEO/AEO across all content. Every piece we publish should be reviewed against our search and AI visibility standards before it ships.
- Build a measurable program with clear targets—keyword rankings, organic traffic, AI citation share, and pipeline contribution.
- Stay at the frontier of how AI search is changing discovery, and adapt our approach as the landscape evolves.
- Own organic social strategy and execution across Linked In and emerging channels. Grow Cascade’s presence with enterprise HR, IT, and Operations leaders.
- Own paid social execution—campaign setup, audience targeting, creative testing, and performance optimization on Linked In and emerging channels to extend the reach of our best content.
- Activate founders, executives, and customers as voices in the conversation. Help them show up consistently and authentically.
- Partner with Demand Gen to amplify content through PR, webinars, and events so the right people see it at the right time.
- Own the website end to end: day-to-day maintenance, content updates, page builds, and ongoing optimization. Keep it sharp, current, and continuously improving.
