Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Consultant with deep expertise in Manhattan Active WMS to lead and support a large-scale WMS transformation across our distribution network. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring strong technical, functional, and leadership capabilities. You will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and deploying Manhattan Active WMS solutions, while also serving as a key consultant between business operations and engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

" Lead full-cycle implementations of Manhattan Active WMS across multiple distribution centers. (Minimum 2 full cycle implementations of Manhattan Active WMS).
" Configure and design WMS processes tailored to business needs, including Receiving, Pick, Pack, and Ship workflows. (Strong hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WMS and configuration.)
" Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, define system design, and ensure alignment with operational goals.
" Conduct ongoing analysis of supply chain processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
" Create detailed documentation including process flows, use cases, business rules, and system design artifacts.
" Manage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and performance metrics.
" Support testing strategies and validate functional changes in WMS.
" Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders on WMS strategy and execution.

Experience with Manhattan Proactive Extension development.
" Familiarity with JSON and Postman for API testing and integration.
" Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
" Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement.

Experience with system integration technologies and cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AWS.
