Manager, Marketing Technology & Integrations
The role serves as technical owner for the martech stack operations platform, responsible for platform setup, integrations, migration architecture, platform stability, and system-level troubleshooting.
- SFMC Platform Administration: Manage environment strategy, sandbox vs production, user roles, authentication, IP/domain management, security protocols, documentation, runbooks, change management, scheduled maintenance.
- Escalation & Support Operations: Serve as escalation point for complex platform issues, diagnose root causes, implement solutions. Manage support cases, ensure teams set up for success.
- Data & Integration Architecture: Design and implement data flows between marketing systems, custom external data solutions. Own technical decisions on data models, field mappings, event structures, API usage, extensions, payloads.
- Migration Expertise: Develop end-to-end migration playbook to SFMC, sequence migrations, validate readiness, manage deprecation of legacy systems.
- AI-Enabled Workflow Improvement & Technical Solutions: Implement and design scalable technical solutions and automation to reduce manual effort, evaluate AI-enabled solutions, lead expansion of technical solutions with other teams.
- Platform Observability & Deliverability: Own deliverability management, monitor platform health metrics, integration stability, platform failures, data sync performance, API usage, system-level performance, communicate and take preventive action.
- 6+ years in marketing technology, 4+ years as a hands‑on Salesforce Marketing Cloud administrator in B2B tech environment.
- Deep technical expertise in SFMC architecture (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Data Extensions).
- Strong experience with data integration technologies: APIs, SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, data pipeline design; knowledge of data architecture concepts.
- Experience with AI/ML tools and automation frameworks; ability to build AI agent proof‑of‑concepts.
- Front‑end development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (nice to have).
- Proven problem‑solver, thrives in ambiguity, highly organized, mult‑priority management, cross‑functional project coordination.
- Additional experience with Marketo is a plus.
