Skills:



• Experience with People Soft FSCM implementations,upgrade and support.

• Experience in People Soft Finance Modules (GL/PC,AR Billing, Sales & Earning).

• Knowledge of People Soft Update Manager (PUM) and upgrade methodologies.

• May require occasional travel and after-hours support during critical phases.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The People Soft Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering People Soft upgrade enhancement and support projects within scope, budget, and timeline. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to project management best practices.

• Lead end-to-end People Soft finance projects from initiation to closure.

• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

• Manage scope, budget, and schedule while mitigating risks and issues.

• Coordinate with technical and functional teams to ensure successful delivery.

• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and ensure proper documentation.

• Communicate project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.

• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).

• Oversee testing, training, and deployment activities.

• Manage customer relationships and third-party integrations.

• Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project execution.

• Experience with ITIL methodologies

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

• Strong understanding of People Soft modules and architecture.

• Proven experience in managing large-scale ERP implementations or upgrades.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Service-Now, etc.).

• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
