Position: Category Management Project Intern (TikTok Shop - Operation Center) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

Responsibilities:
1. Support onboarding and management of sellers/creators (breakers), including performance tracking (GMV, conversion, AOV)
2. Assist category growth by identifying key products, tracking new releases (e.g., Pokémon, sports cards), and supporting supply strategy
3. Analyze data and build reports to identify growth opportunities and improve seller performance
4. Support live stream operations and campaign execution (auctions, product drops, events)

Minimum Qualifications:

* Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree or above in Business, Project Management, Data Analytics, or related fields

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

* Strong organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills.

* Proficient in Excel and data analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

* Prior e-Commerce experience would be strongly preferred, but not required.

* Data driven and sensitive to data insight
