Our client located in Seattle, WA (Hybrid) is looking for a Manager, Enterprise Master Data Management to complete the following:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Data Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
7+ years of experience in data management, business intelligence, analytics, enterprise systems, or related disciplines.
3+ years of hands-on experience supporting or leading Master Data Management initiatives within complex enterprise environments.
Experience working in large-scale, cross-functional implementations involving multiple business units and enterprise systems.
Experience partnering with implementation vendors, systems integrators, and enterprise technology teams.
Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, metadata management, and master data concepts.
Experience working with enterprise data platforms and modern analytics ecosystems, including Microsoft Fabric and cloud-based data architectures.
Strong experience collaborating with software engineering and analytics teams.
Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without formal people management authority.
Demonstrated experience building strong cross-functional relationships and driving accountability in complex organizational environments.
Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and executive leadership.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts, data challenges, and implementation risks into actionable business discussions and recommendations.
Strong organizational, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and operational problem solving.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with one or more MDM platforms, such as:
Reltio
Semarchy
Profisee
Informatica MDM
Experience leveraging AI-enabled and intelligent automation capabilities to support enterprise data initiatives, including data profiling, quality assessment, migration validation, matching, classification, and operational efficiency improvements.
Familiarity with AI-powered capabilities within modern enterprise platforms and data ecosystems, including Microsoft Copilot and machine learning-assisted data management features.
Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs, understand model limitations, and apply appropriate governance and risk considerations within enterprise data environments.
Experience utilizing generative AI tools to improve productivity across documentation, requirements gathering, analysis, and stakeholder communications.
Experience with Microsoft Azure data platforms and enterprise analytics ecosystems.
Experience supporting enterprise data platforms leveraging Microsoft Fabric, data lakehouse architectures, or cloud-based analytics ecosystems.
Experience working with ERP, CRM, asset management, project management, or financial systems.
Previous experience in the A/E/C (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry preferred.
Experience operating within organizations undergoing enterprise transformation, process modernization, or large-scale systems implementations preferred.
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Azure Dev Ops or Service Now.
Experience supporting enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives.

Work Environment & Expectations
Hybrid role based in the Seattle area.
Expected to work onsite a minimum of three days per week, Monday through Thursday (employee-selected schedule).
