The Digital Market Products team is seeking a Mid‑Level Service Reliability Developer to join us across multiple locations. In this position you will champion the reliability, performance, and resilience of mission‑critical applications including customer portals, e‑commerce systems, training platforms, and global airline support tools. You’ll work at the intersection of technology and customer experience, owning application uptime, building automation for self‑healing systems, and directly communicating with internal stakeholders and airline customers when incidents arise.
Responsibilities- Provide consultation and leadership to identify, evaluate and document complex computing system requirements.
- Apply expertise related to architecture, design, build and test delivery systems and components.
- Provide technical leadership to evaluate product usability, affordability, functionality, security and performance to assess suitability for integration into delivery system environments.
- Provide technical support and consultation for the implementation and usage of complex delivery systems.
- 3+ years of experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
- 3+ years of experience designing and developing software for complex systems such as distributed systems, multi‑threaded and multi‑process applications, and client‑server architectures.
- 3+ years of experience with Git Lab, Azure Dev Ops and CI/CD.
- 3+ years of experience with Java, JavaScript, Three
JS, WebGL, Spring Boot, Flask. - 3+ years of experience in incident management.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience supporting complex applications or systems.
- Problem‑solving skills, including diagnosing and resolving complex network issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Experience maintaining thorough documentation and implementing repeatable processes.
Successful candidates must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.

Pay & BenefitsWe offer a competitive total rewards package that includes base pay, variable compensation, health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and paid and unpaid leave. Summary pay range: $112,200 – $162,150.
