Job Details What You’ll Do Workplace & Facilities Operations Own day-to-day HQ and warehouse/lab operations Manage vendors, maintenance, supplies, food/beverage programs, security, and facilities logistics Support office expansions, build-outs, and workspace planning Improve operational systems, SOPs, and workplace processes Help create a safe, organized, high-functioning environment Employee & Visitor Experience Build an exceptional experience for employees, candidates, investors, and visitors Coordinate onboarding experiences, team events, all-hands logistics, and workplace programs Help shape and strengthen company culture Partner with HR/People teams to support the employee lifecycle Cross-Functional Operations Support recruiting coordination and interview logistics Assist with operational initiatives across the organization Partner with leadership on strategic workplace initiatives Help scale the infrastructure needed for rapid company growth What We’re Looking For 5+ years in workplace management, facilities, office operations, or related environments Experience in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments Strong vendor management and organizational skills High EQ and strong communication abilities Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on Proven ability to improve systems and processes Experience managing budgets and operational priorities Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move quickly
