Scrum Master, IT Project Manager
Seeking an Agile Coach to drive Agile adoption and support team workflows using ADO.
Responsibilities- Define how teams should use ADO within Agile processes (beyond technical configuration)
- Standardize sprint ceremonies, backlog structure, and definitions of done
- Run pilot teams and refine processes prior to scaling
- Coach managers, team leads, and delivery teams on Agile best practices

- 5+ years of Agile coaching, Scrum Master, or similar experience
- Deep expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience defining how teams operationalize tools like ADO within Agile workflows (not just technical use)
- Experience standardizing sprint rituals, backlog management, and definitions of done across teams
- Proven experience running pilot teams and scaling Agile best practices across an organization
- Experience coaching managers, team leads, and delivery teams
- Strong communication, facilitation, and change management skills
- Experience working alongside ADO implementations or transformations
- Enterprise or large-scale organizational experience
- Scrum/Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, etc.)
