Sr. Technical Program Manager

Services LLC (Job ) invites experienced technical program managers to join our Payments domain. We innovate globally, tackling complex problems and designing scalable, native AWS solutions for payment systems.

• Participate in designing appropriate technical solutions for business functions being automated using scalable technologies.
• Explore existing systems for reuse and guide teams in building new, scalable native AWS solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, senior developers (SDE 3s) and principal engineers to design, code, and deliver solutions.
• Create innovative strategies to ensure smooth product operation, prioritizing software improvements that reduce bugs and improve resiliency.

• 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

• 5+ years of project management experience, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
• Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience defining KPIs/SLA's to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.

Base salary: $148,700 - $201,200 USD annually (Seattle, WA, USA). Salary includes sign-on compensation and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, parental leave, and more.
