Specialist in building Web3 & Blockchain teams at Enertek Group

Enertek Group is currently in partnership with a leading blockchain company focused on developing cutting-edge interoperability solutions that enable seamless communication across multiple blockchain networks.

They are seeking a highly experienced CPO responsible for driving the strategy, development, and execution of the company’s product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, market demands, and technical feasibility.

Responsibilities:

Define the overall product strategy in alignment with company goals.

Shape the long-term vision for blockchain-enabled products (e.g., dApps, wallets, DeFi platforms, Layer 2s).

Identify trends and shifts in the Web3/crypto space to maintain product relevance.

Develop and own the product roadmap from MVP to scale.

Balance trade-offs between decentralization, security, scalability, and UX.

Build and lead the product team (PMs, designers, researchers).

Collaborate with engineering, legal, growth, and tokenomics teams.

Integrate feedback from DAO/community governance where relevant.

Qualifications:

8–15+ years in product leadership roles, ideally with experience scaling tech or fintech products.
2–5+ years working in or deeply involved with the blockchain/Web3 space.
Track record of shipping products in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
Strong technical fluency: understands smart contracts, blockchains, tokens, wallets, etc.
Product intuition grounded in user experience, decentralization principles, and protocol dynamics.
Familiarity with Layer 1s and Layer 2s, EVM, DeFi primitives, DAOs, and Web3 UX challenges.
