Field Telecommunications Technician
We are looking for a Field Telecommunications Technician in the Seattle, WA area who has a strong desire to resolve technical issues, is flexible, learns quickly, and can work independently while providing support and guidance to our customer base on SONIFI products. Are you ready to be the face of an exciting technical organization?
No desk here! Your day will be spent supporting our customers in your region. We will supply you with the tools needed for success: a company vehicle, tools, cell phone, laptop, and technical support.
Customer Experience & CommunicationAs the face for our organization, we need someone who is passionate about the customer and strives to provide a great customer experience. You must communicate thoughtfully and professionally with staff at our hospitality customers and understand and respect boundaries, protocols, and empathy needed in our healthcare customer environments.
Education & Technical ExpertiseIn addition to your passion for solving problems, we require:
- One year of related experience in any of the following areas OR a high school diploma or GED plus three years’ work experience.
- Experience in any of the following areas:
High-Speed Internet & WIFI, Satellite TV, Digital TV, IPTV, Telecom, RF, CATV, MATV, and Head-end.
To drive a company vehicle, you will need a valid driver’s license and safe driving habits. Occasional travel outside your region, on‑call, and overtime and weekend work may be required to accommodate service level agreements. You must be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and requests.
Compensation & BenefitsSalary generally starts at $25–$32 per hour and is determined by a variety of factors such as location, experience, education, specialty, and training. This position is eligible for PTO, holidays, health, dental, vision, retirement plan, pet insurance, on-demand pay, and a variety of other benefits.
