Technical Infrastructure Program Manager, Data Center Planning Delivery

We’re seeking an experienced Technical Infrastructure Program Manager in Herndon, VA or Seattle, WA to oversee data center build projects. The role will lead cross‑functional and technical teams from conceptual design feasibility through requirements, budget, completed design, implementation, testing and deployment. You will use judgment, negotiation, influence without authority, analytical talent, technical aptitude and leadership to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple time zones, manage capital budgets, eliminate non‑value‑add activity, design solutions, remove blockers and find creative ways to accelerate project delivery.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator (both written and verbal), not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities, and be capable of understanding mechanical/electrical engineering concepts. The candidate will apply a variety of project management tools, methodologies and techniques for all phases of the project lifecycle and exhibit demonstrated experience in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk management, reporting and metric development/tracking.

Experience with MS Office, MS Project and MS SharePoint is required. Experience with Tableau, Kan Ban, Playbook, SQL and systems integration is a plus.

• 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience
• Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure (e.g. network, data center, hardware, software)

• Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds
