In this role, you will proactively drive key initiatives across complex cross‑functional programs, owning and calibrating program strategy, and tactically driving teams inside and outside your organization to deliver results. You will define the program mission, vision, and tenets; set objectives; analyze data; and drive quantified improvements with metrics. You will work with technical, business, and creative stakeholders across global territories, develop and maintain processes and workflows, report on and influence product roadmaps, and input into business planning.

• Stakeholder management across technical and business teams
• Data analysis and reporting
• Project management for operational excellence initiatives
• Understanding of technical systems and processes
• Ability to work with engineering teams
• Process automation and tooling
• Technical project coordination

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of program or project management experience, or an MBA and 3+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and utilizing data to drive process and system improvements
• Technical background or strong technical aptitude
• Experience with tooling and automation, including 3P integrations and configuration support
• Strong communication and leadership skills

• 5+ years of data visualization and reporting tools experience
• 3+ years experience in Advertising, Entertainment or Media
• Experience with third‑party systems:
  Salesforce, Airtable, Flow Capture

The base salary range for this position is 77,100.00 –  USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
