AWS Life Sciences Applied AI seeks a visionary Principal Product Manager to lead the development of applications that reimagine how clinical trials are designed, executed, and delivered. The role focuses on AI‑driven transformation of clinical trial processes, enabling pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and clinical operations teams to accelerate the path from discovery to treatment.

• Lead pioneering product development for AI‑driven clinical trial transformation.
• Guide a cross‑functional team of product managers, developers, and scientists to invent and simplify solutions for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
• Define key product directions, adopt or invent new machine learning techniques, and reimagine user workflows and experiences.
• Drive innovation by reimagining how clinical evidence is generated and how trial operations are managed, replacing fragmented manual processes with intelligent, continuously learning systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and scientific teams to deliver features that support drug discovery, clinical development, and commercialization.
• Advise senior stakeholders on product strategy and market positioning, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and trade‑offs of a product.
• Experience in technical product management.

• Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements.
• Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. The Amazon package includes sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
