Gen AI Developer

Responsibilities

• Execute projects in Agile Framework.
• Develop and implement generative AI models using Tensor Flow, PyTorch, and related frameworks.
• Build and optimize Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Work on NLP tasks such as text classification, summarization, and conversational AI.
• Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering using Python libraries (Num Py, Pandas).
• Fine‑tune and optimize transformer‑based models and large language models for specific use cases.
• Evaluate model performance using RAG and NLP evaluation metrics.
• Integrate machine learning models into applications and apply autonomous decision‑making logic where required.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science or equivalent.
• Proven experience in machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as Tensor Flow and PyTorch.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with Num Py, Pandas, and Scikit‑learn.
• Experience with generative models (GANs, VAEs, Transformers) and natural language processing.
• Proficiency in RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation) techniques and evaluation metrics for RAG systems.
• Strong understanding of transformer architectures and training techniques.
• Awareness of ethical considerations and bias‑mitigation strategies.
• Understanding of autonomous decision‑making algorithms.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Base Salary Range: $120,000 to $150,000 per annum.
