Overview

+ We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end program delivery and drive data-driven process improvements across business and finance operations.

+ This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including legal, finance, accounting, and business teams.

+ The ideal candidate is highly proactive, execution-focused, and experienced in managing complex programs in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

+ Own and deliver end-to-end programs with measurable business outcomes

+ Drive data-driven process improvements using metrics and performance insights

+ Partner cross-functionally with legal, finance, accounting, and technical teams

+ Define program requirements, scalable workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

+ Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organization

+ Navigate ambiguity and deliver results in resource-constrained environments

+ Provide regular reporting and insights to executive leadership

Required Qualifications

+ Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week in Seattle, WA

+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field

+ 5+ years of program or project management experience

+ 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams

+ 5+ years of experience driving process improvements using data and metrics

+ Proven experience defining program requirements and executing initiatives end-to-end

+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

+ Hands-on experience with tools such as Coupa, Confluence, and Visio

+ Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and legal processes

+ Demonstrated success managing complex stakeholder environments

+ Experience coordinating across procurement, finance, or legal systems

+ Ability to translate data into actionable business decisions

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
