Position Summary
Remote – USA
Real Chemistry is seeking a Director, Omnichannel Project Management. The role brings a product‑manager mindset to manage marketing programs for healthcare professional (HCP) and patient audiences delivered through omnichannel experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management
- Maintain team status, communication, and deliverable tracking.
- Collaborate with Account, Finance, and Tech teams to build timelines, workflows, RACI matrices, and track risks and issues.
- Track client deliverables and manage delivery timelines.
- Set up internal team status reviews and meetings.
- Make resourcing and budget decisions for sprint cycles.
- Work closely with project sponsor, cross‑functional teams, and resources to develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
- Operational Excellence
- Lead project or sprint processes and provide direction to ensure successful execution.
- Partner with Enterprise Experience Lead to implement and maintain program initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
- Prioritize and manage outstanding items for successful project/sprint operations.
- Develop and maintain risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.
- Cross‑functional Collaboration
- Serve as a digital translator across teams to ensure clarity, consistency, and risk awareness in all technical communications.
- 10+ years of product or project management.
- Demonstrated success leading workflow/process improvement initiatives.
- 2+ years of experience with a Mar Tech/AdTech ecosystem such as Salesforce, Veeva, and/or Adobe.
- Strong working knowledge of Mar Tech and AdTech space.
- Experience with program workflows for setup and activation of marketing and digital pharmacy ecosystems.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing environments.
- Exceptional leadership, time‑management, facilitation, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in JIRA, MS Office, Copilot, Workfront, Asana.
- Resourceful problem solver and collaborative communicator.
- Familiarity with Digital Marketing, including SEO, analytics, CRM, email marketing, paid media, and social media.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Understanding of technology’s role in the healthcare marketing landscape.
$120,000 – $160,000
