Betting Jobs is currently working with a fast-growing iGaming company who are seeking a Project Manager (Business Oriented) to join their team in Cyprus.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead cross-functional projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Define project scope, timelines, success metrics, and reporting processes.
* Manage Jira projects, dashboards, filters, and workflows for effective tracking.
* Coordinate stakeholders across Product, Casino Operations, CRM, Compliance, Payments, Finance, and Technology.
* Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
* Manage the onboarding and integration of game providers, aggregators, PSPs, and strategic partners.
* Serve as the primary contact for external partners throughout implementation and launch.
* Translate business requirements into actionable plans and coordinate internal teams to ensure successful go-lives.
* Build strong stakeholder relationships and facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams.
* Support commercial discussions, operational improvements, and business growth initiatives.
* Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, onboarding processes, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
* Fluent English;
Russian or other additional languages are a plus.
* 5+ years' experience in Project Management, Business Operations, Partner Management, or a similar role.
* Strong iGaming experience, ideally with online casino platforms, aggregators, or B2B gaming providers.
* Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, integrations, and stakeholder relationships.
* Experience working with game providers, PSPs, aggregators, or third-party platforms.
* Strong commercial awareness, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
* Experience with a B2B casino platform, aggregator, or gaming supplier.
* Understanding of API integrations and technical delivery processes.
* Experience managing strategic partnerships and external vendors.
* Knowledge of regulated gaming markets and compliance requirements.
