We are seeking a Supply Chain Product Manager to ensure critical semiconductor components are ready to support new hardware launches. This role focuses on aligning component readiness with product timelines, identifying and mitigating supply risks, and enabling scalable, resilient component selection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Roadmap Alignment

Partner with hardware engineering teams to ensure component readiness aligns with product development timelines. Track component-level readiness across development phases (prototype to production) and identify gaps early. Drive alignment on mitigation plans to support successful product launches at scale.

  • Early Design Influence

Engage with engineering teams early in the concept or design phase for component selection decisions. Provide input on supply resilience, scalability, and qualification timelines. Help ensure designs are optimized for multi-sourcing and long-term supply continuity.

  • BOM Risk Assessment & Mitigation (NPI to MP)

Analyze bill of materials (BOM) to identify supply risks, including single/sole sourcing, supplier capacity constraints, manufacturing and technology dependencies, and lifecycle and end-of-life exposure. Work cross-functionally to drive mitigation plans and track progress to closure.

  • Alternative Sourcing

Owner of identifying high risk components, driving multiple source selection from cradle to grave in the NUDD process. Partner with engineering and quality teams to enable early qualification of alternate components. Ensure alternative solutions are ready ahead of key development milestones. Resolve issues impacting product readiness.

  • Risk Visibility & Reporting

Develop clear visibility into component-level risks and mitigation status. Communicate updates on key risks and escalation items to stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications
  • Experience leading complex, multi-year initiatives that may be cross‑functional and/or span business and technology.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in semiconductor, hardware, or supply chain roles.
  • Experience analyzing component‑level risks or bill of materials (BOM).
  • Familiarity with semiconductor components (e.g., power ICs, controllers, interface ICs).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI) in server, data center, or electronics hardware.
  • Ability to interpret component data sheets and understanding of quality and reliability (e.g., JEDEC standard, component quality management system).
  • Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem (fabs, OSAT, key suppliers).
  • Strong technical problem‑solving skills from components to board and system level.
  • Strong analytical and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
