We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (Sr. TPM) to join the Global Technology Operations (GTO) Team. Our team's mission is to deliver the core technology capabilities for the foundation through innovation paired with operational excellence. The Senior Technical Program Manager is focused on the strategy, design, and implementation of productivity and collaboration services that enable us to support the foundation in achieving its goals.

Role

As a Senior Technical Program Manager in Productivity & Collaboration, you will lead the strategy, integration, and delivery of employee‑facing productivity and collaboration experiences across the enterprise. You will operate across a federated ecosystem of platforms, teams, and stakeholders, ensuring that services, including the Microsoft 365 stack of Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, One Drive, Power Platform, Copilot, Viva, and supplementary communications and learning experiences, are delivered as a cohesive, intuitive employee experience rather than fragmented point solutions.

This role is accountable for enterprise‑level experience outcomes, including adoption, engagement, and employee productivity. You will translate business needs into integrated strategies, align roadmaps across multiple service owners, and drive coordinated execution across engineering, communications, HR/L&D, and business collaborators. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, crafting decisions through clear strategy, data‑driven insights, and compelling executive communication.

What You’ll Do Experience Strategy & Roadmap Leadership
  • Define and evolve a multi‑year strategy for employee productivity and collaboration experiences
  • Align platform investments, roadmaps, and initiatives to enterprise priorities and workforce needs
  • Establish an experience‑led vision that spans tools, communications, and learning journeys
Cross Platform Program & Portfolio Leadership
  • Lead a portfolio of sophisticated, interdependent programs spanning collaboration tools, employee engagement platforms, and experience services
  • Orchestrate delivery across multiple product and service teams, ensuring alignment and integration
  • Drive prioritization, sequencing, and tradeoffs across a federated ecosystem of stakeholders
Employee Experience Integration
  • Ensure services are delivered as a cohesive, end‑to‑end experience across platforms such as Microsoft 365, Viva, and related tools
  • Reduce fragmentation by aligning communications, learning, and product changes into a unified experience layer
  • Partner with service owners to create consistent and scalable experience patterns
Federated Change Management & Adoption
  • Define and scale a federated change management model that enables consistent, high‑quality adoption across decentralized teams
  • Lead enterprise‑wide adoption, learning, and communications strategies to drive behavior change and digital proficiency
  • Minimize employee disruption while maintaining velocity of innovation and delivery
Executive Engagement & Strategic Communication
  • Develop executive‑level narratives, roadmaps, and briefings
  • Frame complex tradeoffs and recommendations to support decision making at senior levels
  • Ensure leadership communication is aligned, clear, and outcome‑driven
Cross‑Functional Leadership & Alignment
