Intune Engineer

Accenture Flex offers flexible project‑based work powered by Accenture. Employees work onsite at the project location in their local metro area, significantly reducing or eliminating travel demands.

• Microsoft Intune: hands‑on experience with device compliance, application deployment, software updates, endpoint protection, and policy management.
• Device enrolment and provisioning across Windows, iOS, Android, including zero‑touch enrolments and web‑based enrolment.
• Configuration of custom profiles, shared and kiosk scenarios, certificate deployments (PKCS/SCEP), VPN, email, Wi‑Fi profiles, and device compliance integration with Defender for Endpoint and Config Mgr.
• Integration with Apple Business Manager and Google Play Store.
• Intune diagnostics, creation of Log Analytics work spaces, and custom reports using KQL.
• Connectors and token configuration for Managed Apple VPP, Managed Google Play, and firmware over‑the‑air updates.
• MDT and Config Mgr connectors, eSIM configuration, and Windows Autopilot scenarios (user‑driven, pre‑provisioning, self‑deploying, Autopilot Reset).
• Enrolment status page configuration and troubleshooting.
• Mobile device and application management policies, including conditional access, compliance, and certificate‑based authentication.
• Windows 10/11 management, update rings, feature and quality updates, driver updates, and monitoring.
• Endpoint analytics, group policy analytics, endpoint security, Bit Locker management, AV and firewall configuration, LAPS, Windows Hello for Business, credential guard, and endpoint detection & response.
• Advanced Intune add‑ons:
  Endpoint Privilege Management, Remote Help, Advanced Analytics, Microsoft Tunnel, and Cloud PKI.
• Hybrid cloud management (Intune + Config Mgr), cloud management gateway setup, and transition to cloud‑only management.
• Entra , dynamic group creation, conditional access policies, sign‑in logs, Graph API, and RBAC usage.

• Minimum 5 years of work experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune device compliance, application deployment, software updates, endpoint protection, and policy management.
• Experience with device enrolment scenarios for corporate and BYOD devices on Windows, iOS, and Android.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting Windows Autopilot and Intune diagnostics.
• High school or GED diploma.

Compensation ranges from $60 to $70 per hour depending on location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, long‑term disability coverage, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
