As a Sr. Seller Success Manager at Amazon Autos, you will be the primary point of contact for our dealer partners, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth. You will support onboarding, resolve issues, propose scalable solutions, and act as an advocate for both dealers and customers to enhance the car‑buying experience on Amazon.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Build and cultivate strong relationships with dealers in your portfolio.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and business advocate, proactively monitoring dealer satisfaction, account health, and engagement.
  • Drive sustainable business growth for dealers on Amazon through data‑driven insights and marketplace expertise.
  • Create and present customized solutions that help dealers achieve and exceed their business goals.
  • Leverage performance data and analytics to identify growth opportunities within the dealer portfolio.
  • Develop strategic account plans that unlock new revenue streams, optimize existing operations, and scale dealer presence.
  • Manage escalations and provide solutions to maintain healthy account operations.
  • Identify and champion process improvements that benefit the dealer portfolio and the broader program.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal stakeholders to advocate for dealer needs and ensure alignment on programs.
Basic Qualifications
  • Experience with analytical, sales, and productivity tools including Oracle Business Intelligence, Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, One Note, and SharePoint.
  • 20–25% travel required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Automotive industry knowledge or dealership experience.
  • Proven track record in launching and positioning new products in the market.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex ideas clearly in written and verbal formats.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
