Join the AWS Integrated Demand Center (IDC) Content Studio as a Digital Content Management Specialist. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support global content localization and manage digital marketing assets across AWS Marketing. This pivotal role involves the execution of localization workflows and asset management tasks, ensuring the highest quality and timely delivery of marketing content in over 13 languages and a diverse range of digital content formats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Localization Operations:
- Facilitate end-to-end localization workflows for global marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless daily content handoffs to vendors and back to regional teams.
- Assist in defining localization requests by reviewing asset types, language needs, and timelines for campaign launches, while proactively addressing questions or gaps.
- Serve as a liaison for localization vendors, providing them with project updates while effectively tracking delivery schedules and identifying potential risks.
- Execute localization tasks using OneDAM and project management systems, troubleshooting common issues, and escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Monitor and report on localization pipeline status, contributing to the enhancement of cycle time by identifying inefficiencies.
- Digital Content Asset Management:
- Support the ingestion, organization, and upkeep of digital marketing content in OneDAM, ensuring accurate metadata tagging and adherence to version control standards.
- Maintain file storage standards and naming conventions to optimize asset discoverability.
- Conduct quality control reviews of digital marketing assets against brand and technical specifications, promptly escalating any discrepancies.
A Day in the Life:
As a Digital Content Management Specialist, you will handle the complete lifecycle of localization and digital asset management workflows. You’ll follow established processes to manage multi-language content, asset delivery, and storage in our DAM system. This role demands exceptional attention to detail, superb organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be reliable, process-driven, and a team player, eager to learn and evolve in a dynamic, global setting.

Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional marketing experience.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional inputs and managing competing priorities efficiently.
- 1-2 years of experience in translation project management, content operations, or marketing operations.
- Familiarity with digital content assets in a DAM platform (OneDAM, Bynder, Widen, or similar).
- Proficiency in using project management tools (Workfront or equivalent).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Insight into digital file management systems and marketing workflow tools.
- Experience in international content or localization.
- Knowledge of various digital media workflows.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience managing high-volume file management processes.
- Understanding of different marketing content types such as eBooks, ads, emails, and videos.

The base salary range for this position in Seattle, WA is $80,200.00 - $ annually. Your package may include sign-on payments and restricted stock units. Final compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also provides comprehensive benefits that include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
