The Program Manager will help a high‑performing in‑house legal team work faster and smarter, and serve the business more effectively.

- Manage the day‑to‑day administration and optimization of legal and risk technology platforms, including the Risk Management Information System (RMIS) to ensure tools are configured, documented, and adopted across the team.
- Support intake, triage, and tracking of Legal Operations requests and projects, maintaining visibility into work streams, owners, and timelines for leadership.
- Partner with Technology teams—including Engineering, Finance, and Insurance—as well as outside vendors to coordinate system implementations, integrations, and process improvement initiatives from scoping through deployment. This may include launching RFPs, managing pilots and other tech‑driven initiatives for the department.
- Own and maintain intranet sites such as SharePoint, file‑share drives and other Nordstrom tools.
- Drive program management, project management and knowledge base via JIRA and Confluence.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, knowledge‑base content, and training materials to drive consistency and self‑service across the Legal department.
- 5+ years of experience in legal operations and/or program management.
- Proficiency with Origami (RMIS), JIRA, Confluence and the M365 suite.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities with strong attention to detail.
- Experience working with legal and risk technology tools such as CLM platforms, matter management systems, e‑billing software, and/or legal AI tech.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and producing clear, concise reports or dashboards for non‑technical audiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively across Legal, Finance, IT, and other business functions.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Legal Studies, or a related field.
