Description

We are searching for a highly motivated mid-level Growth Product Manager who will drive revenue expansion by optimizing the core digital booking funnel for the client. This role sits at an amid-career seniority level, acting as a strategic bridge within our product team. The candidate will directly own the end-to-end cruise booking funnel, focusing on room selection, fare choice (e.g., all-inclusive packages), checkout, and booking confirmation.

The ideal candidate brings a dedicated growth and conversion rate optimization (CRO) background, blending consumer or B2B product experience with world-class experimentation and data analytics chops.

Essential Functions
  • Own the funnel:
Drive the product strategy and roadmap for the core cruise booking funnel across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
  • Optimize conversion:
Maximize booking completion rates, average order value (AOV), and upsell opportunities during room and fare selection.
  • Lead experimentation:
Design, execute, and analyze rigorous A/B and multivariate tests to validate product hypotheses.
  • Analyze performance:
Monitor key funnel metrics, drop‑off points, and user behavior using advanced product analytics tools to identify friction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally:
Partner with UX/UI designers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ship high-impact, incremental user experience upgrades.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience:

3–5 years of product management experience, specifically within a Growth PM role or as part of a dedicated Growth/CRO team.
  • Domain knowledge:
Proven track record of improving transaction funnels, checkout experiences, or subscription flows in consumer e‑commerce or digital travel.
  • Data fluency:
Exceptional analytical skills with hands‑on experience using platforms like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Optimizely, Amplitude, or similar tools.
  • Technical chops:
Strong understanding of experimentation methodology, statistical significance, and behavioral data tracking.
  • Mindset:
Highly entrepreneurial, data‑driven, and comfortable balancing rapid experimentation with a polished, premium consumer experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Ability to communicate and develop relationships with others while influencing and removing blockers.
  • Leverage data analysis skills to research difficult or ambiguous problems.
  • Leverage and engage with UX to identify key product issues in market; solicit feedback on product roadmap.
  • Promote our Product Development process; fail fast/learn early and deliver incremental value to customers.
  • Professional communication skills required; ability to effectively present information, both written and verbal, in a clear manner.
  • Strong project management skills required, including the ability to keep track of multiple deadlines, effectively meet deliverables, and keep both customers and peers apprised of project status.
  • Ability to be detail‑oriented while working independently on multiple projects.
