Summary

As a Senior Technical Program Manager on Supply Chain Technology you own end-to-end delivery for complex, cross-functional supply chain initiatives, translating strategy into executable plans and measurable outcomes. You will influence technical design, drive decisions, and keep programs moving with urgency and rigor. This is a hybrid role based in Seattle with in-office expectations and periodic travel.

Responsibilities
  • Own full program delivery across the lifecycle including discovery, requirements, scope, schedule, testing, release, and cost accountability.
  • Ensure delivery-level stakeholder alignment and proactively communicate status, risks, trade-offs, and decisions.
  • Drive a 6–12 month delivery roadmap, stage early deliverables, and manage upstream and downstream dependencies.
  • Engage in technical design reviews to influence trade-offs that balance near‑term delivery and long‑term architecture.
  • Use retrospectives and RCAs to improve production stability and squad delivery efficiency.
  • Hold partners and stakeholders accountable with clear expectations and feasibility assessments.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of program management or related program delivery experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field preferred).
  • Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional enterprise software or services deliveries and fluency in Agile and modern SDLC practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal influence, and collaboration skills.
  • Working knowledge of Supply Chain and warehouse management systems (WMS), core supply chain services, and cloud technologies.
  • Familiarity with dependency-mapping tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smart Sheet) and Atlassian toolsets; ability to troubleshoot systems and query data.
  • Ability to work in the Seattle office a minimum of 4 days per week and travel up to 25% as required.
