UX Designer

Key job responsibilities

• Excellent design, project management, problem solving, and communication skills and ability to work with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Analyze customer problems and design delightful solutions with measurable impact.
• Work closely with product and business teams to develop use cases and high-level requirements.
• Create design artifacts such as user flows, wireframes, visual mocks, and prototypes to communicate ideas.
• Develop and maintain detailed user‑interface and interaction specifications.
• Independently present work, socialize ideas, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Partner with technology teams to ensure we leverage the scale offered by our platform without compromising core experience principles.
• Measure the success and effectiveness of UX innovations.

• 8+ years of design experience.
• Available online portfolio or samples of work on resume demonstrating end‑to‑end, user‑centered design solutions across desktop and mobile devices.

• Experience delivering design solutions for large scope and complex projects.
• Experience designing UX for complex workflows.
• Experience acquiring user data through usability studies, user research, personas, and journey maps.
• Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards.
• Hands‑on visual design skills.

Salary Range: $100,000–$130,000 a year
