Job Description

Responsibilities include leading the design, building, testing, and deployment of new or changed business processes enabled by SAP S/4 solutions. Participate in business workshops with key stakeholders and drive results in line with the project plan. Deliver business process solutions that meet clients’ priorities and requirements, using industry‑leading practices. Provide contributions to project planning and execution according to objectives, specifications, schedules, and quality standards.

Develop implementation schedules and system implementation plans, ensuring project success criteria are met. Build strong relationships with IT/business peers and management to meet company goals. Assist in defining, designing, governing, and delivering solutions with clients and other business process leads. Provide accurate estimates, timelines, and self‑directed leadership to mentor/manage teams and clients. Lead and conduct workshops (e.g., requirements gathering, solution architecting) with business managers and end‑users.

Create detailed system documentation, test scripts, and presentations. Leverage business and technical expertise to address architecture, blueprinting, data analysis, business modeling, technical design, application development, integration, and enablement. Configure the SAP system to meet business requirements. Provide leadership and guidance to analysts and client personnel. Collaborate in scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals. Manage overall resource allocation and capacity planning.

Report on status, metrics, issues, risks, and ensure sign‑off on deliverables. Lead and manage small teams conducting transformational projects or ERP implementations.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Leadership experience with onsite/offshore teams.
  • Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making abilities.
  • Experience with global S/4

    HANA business transformation program delivery as a Data Lead.
  • Previous professional experience with SAP S/4

    HANA, knowledge of master data, data migration, data governance, and hands‑on experience.
  • Experience managing and implementing SAP MDG, establishing governance/management framework.
  • Proven ability to lead and speak on SAP Data approaches, lead workshops with clients and other business process leads.
  • Understanding of industry‑specific KPIs and benefits of S/4

    HANA functionality.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Working knowledge of SAP data elements, data structures, migration tools, and integration across modules.
  • Ability to self‑direct and mentor/manage consulting and client team members.
  • Hands‑on capability and junior team mentorship.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities, building client relationships.
  • Experience managing transformational initiatives.
  • At least three (3) full life cycle implementations as an ERP Project Manager with multi‑module implementations.
  • Minimum eight (8) years of ERP consulting or equivalent experience.
  • At least three (3) years’ experience in proposal and business case development.
  • Experience managing 5 to 10 resources.
  • Ability to work in the country without current or future visa sponsorship.

Academic requirement:
Bachelor of Computer Science.

Base Salary Range

$160,000 to $180,000 per annum.
