Amazon seeks a Senior Program Manager for the Advantage business to drive new initiatives and develop insights from business data to drive the program forward.

The Senior Program Manager should excel in communication, be self‑motivated, adaptable, and possess strong prioritization abilities, combining strong analytical abilities, relationship building skills, and superb project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the discussions for Advantage vendor availability, supply chain inputs and financial outputs – act as the go-to expert to ensure operations are optimized for maximum effectiveness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and vendor teams to streamline processes, enhance vendor experience, and drive innovative initiatives.
  • Partner with finance, BI, and other key stakeholders to develop and maintain robust metrics, uncover new business opportunities for growth and guide the overall trajectory of the program.
  • Inform key stakeholders and provide recommendations to leadership on the Advantage business through data-driven analysis.

About the team:
Advantage is a consignment program that enables book publishers, authors, musicians, filmmakers, studios, and other media content creators to list their products on Amazon and reach millions of customers around the world. Advantage provides vendors with a simple and efficient way to establish a direct sourcing relationship with Amazon: vendors ship products to Amazon Fulfillment Centers, and Amazon handles storage, packing, and shipping to end customers.

Basic

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master’s degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or a related field

Location:

USA, Washington, Seattle. Salary range:  –  USD annually.
