To enhance clinical and business information systems, the full-time remote Sr. Epic Systems Analyst will manage application software selection, implementation, and support, while ensuring stakeholder engagement and troubleshooting system issues, requiring Epic Systems Analyst Certification.
Key responsibilities:- Lead cross-functional projects, identify barriers, and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Develop partnerships with operational staff and serve as a subject matter advisor for application-related inquiries
- Investigate and troubleshoot application issues, participating in critical incident responses as necessary
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Epic certification(s) or ability to achieve certification as required by the department
- Three years of experience with enterprise platforms (EHRs/ITSM/ERPs)
- Ability to act independently with minimal oversight and mentor less experienced team members
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills
