Position Overview
Sr. Systems and Data Analyst at The Boeing Company. Works with the Digital Services (DS) Customer Experience Operations, My Boeing Fleet and Identity & Access Management teams in Seattle, WA. Role focuses on Federated Access Onboarding, product liaison, customer support and data analysis to improve end user experiences.
Responsibilities- Administrative day-to-day management of supported products.
- Complex troubleshooting and resolution of access issues.
- Support escalation to customers, addressing technical questions.
- Analysis and problem-solving to find innovative solutions for operational teams and customers.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and satisfactory customer solutions.
- Advanced troubleshooting of intricate technical issues.
- Participate with product team in design, development and testing of new/enhanced products and services.
- Drive Customer Readiness and participate in Product Readiness Reviews.
- Create and maintain product-related documentation for customers and internal staff.
- Coordinate Federated Access onboarding for external customers with NIST cybersecurity framework standards.
- Escalation readiness for 24/7 availability of urgent issues.
- Collaborate with Boeing Enterprise Security and internal/external technical teams.
- 5+ years of IT process analyst experience.
- 5+ years experience with Identity & Access Management solutions.
- 5+ years experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- 5+ years experience with TFS, Azure Dev Ops, SharePoint, and Confluence.
- 5+ years experience with Cloud Services technologies:
Azure Cloud Services, AWS, and Google Cloud. - 5+ years experience as a Project Manager.
- 3+ years using Salesforce and Service Now.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of experience in a customer support role.
- 10+ years experience in project coordination/facilitation.
- Working knowledge of SAFe and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with SaaS, PMP, PMBOK, SDLC, ITIL, SOX compliance, NIST, and federated identity standards (SAML, OIDC, OAuth).
- LEAN, process improvement and systems thinking experience for project implementation.
- Global team experience and emotional intelligence for leadership and relationship management.
Competitive base pay with variable compensation opportunities. Eligible for health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, paid and unpaid time off, and other benefit programs. Pay range: $128,350 – $173,650.
Work EnvironmentHybrid model: onsite in Seattle on average 2 days a week. Flexible schedule may change based on business needs.
