lululemon is an innovative performance apparel company for yoga, running, training, and other athletic pursuits. Setting the bar in technical fabrics and functional design, we create transformational products and experiences that support people in moving, growing, connecting, and being well. We are committed to creating an equitable, inclusive, and growth-focused environment where our people can thrive.

About This Team

The Global Network Engineering team builds, operates, and evolves the foundational network infrastructure that powers lululemon's global business. We operate as a platform team, partnering closely with application, cloud, security, and enterprise technology teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure connectivity across retail, corporate, distribution, and cloud environments worldwide.

  • Lead cross‑functional efforts with security, cloud, and application teams.
  • Drive systemic improvements that reduce operational complexity.
  • Coach and elevate the network engineering community.
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of enterprise network engineering experience supporting large‑scale environments.
  • Proven experience designing and operating backbone and WAN infrastructures.

  • Experience defining network architecture and influencing technical strategy.
  • Ability to lead initiatives through technical influence and prioritization.
  • Strong understanding of high‑availability and resiliency design principles.
  • Enterprise & Platform Experience.
  • Expertise in hybrid enterprise networking, spanning on‑premises, data center, cloud, and SaaS connectivity models.
  • Strong experience with network security architecture, including segmentation, VPN technologies, zero‑trust principles, and integration with security platforms (e.g., Palo Alto, Zscaler).
  • Practical experience with cloud networking constructs (VPC/VNet design, routing, transit, connectivity patterns).
  • Working knowledge of network automation and Infrastructure‑as‑Code, using tools such as Python, Terraform, or Cloud Formation to improve consistency and operational efficiency.
  • Experience with network observability and operational tooling, using telemetry and metrics to guide design decisions and improve MTTR.
