The Technical Solutions Architect – Service Now provides pre-sales technical assessments, design, and development of Cloud & Data Center solutions and services. This role works cross-departmentally with Zones Sales, Service Delivery, TSC, PPM, and Marketing teams to act as a liaison and Service Now Subject Matter Expert (SME). The TSA will collaborate with the Practice Leader to define, execute, and monitor the go-to-market (GTM) strategy focused on expanding Zones’ capabilities across industries.
As an enabler, the TSA Architect builds consensus, drives alignment, creates tools, cultivates skills, and designs scalable and innovative solutions aligned with the Zones GTM strategy.
What you will do as the Technical Solutions Architect- Service Now

This role requires up to 30% travel
- Act as the SME for the Zones Service Now Practice, with deep understanding of platform capabilities (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (HAM/SAM), HRSD, CSM, HRSD, Sec Ops, App Engine).
- Service Now ITOM Projects Discovery, Service Mapping, Asset Management, HAM & SAM, Event Management, and CMDB & CSDM.
- Assist in the development of Service Now products, services, and solution offerings, aligned to GTM strategy.
- Green field implementations of Service Now ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CSM frameworks
- Lead internal enablement initiatives across Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Delivery to drive Service Now market penetration.
- Stay current on Service Now platform updates, industry technology trends, competitor offerings, and pricing.
- Deliver compelling Service Now presentations, solution demos, and proof-of-concepts (POCs). Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews focused on Service Now adoption and impact.
- Join sales on customer-facing discovery calls to understand business needs and design tailored Service Now solutions.
- Provide Service Now solution design, configuration, optimization, and capacity planning for client environments.
- In coordination with leadership, expand Zones’ Service Now capabilities and support talent and skill development across the Service Now practice.
- Lead evaluations and partner onboarding for Service Now technology and solution alliances.
- Plan and execute training programs to enable Zones' technical sellers and solution architects to build competitive, high-impact Service Now solutions.
- 12+ years in Solution Architecture; 8+ years working with the Service Now platform across enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of Service Now modules and the ability to tailor solutions based on client business processes and goals.
