As part of the AWS Applied AI Solutions organization, we aim to build Amazon’s Desktop-as-a-Service offering by creating a managed desktop computing service that lets customers provision cloud‑based desktops for any device. The role involves working in massively scalable distributed systems that integrate multiple technologies, delivering a native desktop experience for end‑users and a simple, cost‑effective way for IT administrators to manage desktops in the world’s largest public cloud.

The team operates across front‑end user experience, robust platform services, and system‑level components, building features from mobile to desktop. We focus on creating intuitive, differentiated solutions that help customers accelerate their businesses.
Basic Qualifications- 5+ years of non‑internship professional software development experience.
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language.
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
- 5+ years of full software development life cycle experience (coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, operations).
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.

The base salary range for this position is $ – $ USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
