** The Strategy and Transformation consultant supports Capgemini clients to innovate and develop new strategies, services and products. He/she designs and implements new business and operating models and brings to life the organizations of the future. He/she develops customer insights, organizational knowledge and market perspectives.

Our Enterprise Transformation team is looking for consultants who are not only strong problem solvers, but who are excited to work differently in an AI-first world: curious, adaptable, and ready to help clients reimagine how work gets done.

You’ll join the Business Technology (BT) team, whose mission is to align directly with the CIO agenda and help organizations shape large-scale technology transformations. BT focuses on strategy-led work supporting clients as they make major enterprise technology investments and define multi-year transformation roadmaps.

The work is centered on platform strategy, IT and AI operating models, and enterprise transformation-projects that are often board-facing, business-critical, and require strong integration between business strategy and technology decisions. BT is actively growing its capabilities in cloud strategy, AI architecture, and CIO advisory, with an emphasis on innovation, AI enablement, and modern operating models.##
** Your Role
** He or she is developing a specialization within a specific domain of expertise or industry. He or she is responsible for the completion of a part of a project or activities can lead a small team. He or she is client oriented and learns to explore sales activities.

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead work streams that help clients modernize enterprise technology platforms and operating models, with a strong focus on AI‐enabled transformation. You will partner closely with senior technology leaders to shape pragmatic, value‐driven strategies that embed AI into core platforms, translating complex architectural considerations into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans. In this role, you will take ownership of key client deliverables, contribute to team leadership and mentoring, and drive execution excellence across  this role you will:
* Lead work streams across platform strategy, IT strategy, and operating model design
* Facilitate workshops with CIO/CTO/CISO leaders to drive alignment and decisions
* Build board-ready roadmaps and investment cases tied to outcomes and value
* Integrate AI enablement into platform and operating model strategies
* Translate architecture constraints into practical sequencing and delivery approaches
* Coach junior team members and ensure quality under tight timelines##
** Your Skills + Experience
** You bring strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation. You are able to identify and support AI‐enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness, and you have experience working in AI‐augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development. You collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI‐driven solutions, with a solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance.
