  • Implement configuration management and automation using Ansible
  • Lead the development of monitoring and alerting solutions using Datadog
  • Develop automation frameworks and tooling in Python for operational efficiency across the team
  • Lead cross‑functional collaboration with development teams to streamline deployments and improve release processes
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, security, and compliance across all environments
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to other Dev Ops engineers and adjacent engineering teams, acting as a multiplier across the organization
  • Stay up‑to‑date with the latest industry trends and technologies to help shape and drive continuous improvement in platform strategy
What you will bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 12+ years of experience in Dev Ops, software development, or systems engineering
  • Strong experience making architectural decisions for cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Solid proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Power Shell)
  • Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
  • Deep experience optimizing and managing Git Hub and Artifactory deployments
  • Advanced experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Cloud Formation)
  • Demonstrable knowledge of networking, security best practices, and cloud architecture
  • Knowledge of Hashi Corp Vault for secrets management
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and comfort navigating ambiguous challenges in dynamic, evolving environments
  • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, structured project management, collaborative coding practices (such as code reviews and pair programming), and continuous improvement of code quality
