Requirements for Supply Chain Manufacturing (SCM) Functional Lead The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor's Degree, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Master's degree preferred
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications strongly preferred
Professional Experience
- 15+ years of Supply Chain Management and ERP implementation experience
- 10+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Supply Chain Management experience
- Extensive experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations
- Proven experience serving as Functional Lead on multiple D365 implementation projects
- Strong background supporting discrete or process manufacturing organizations
- Experience working with global or multi-site manufacturing operations
- Demonstrated success leading client-facing consulting engagements
- Experience managing functional consulting teams and coordinating cross-functional project activities
