AEM Technical Product Manager
Location:
Seattle, WA, but remote 100%
Job Duties:
- Lead AEM product planning through day to day collaboration and decision making with cross-functional team including architects, designers, engineering leaders, and business or subject matter representatives
- Design and drive usability studies to inform product requirements and influence product design and experience
- Define and analyzes metrics that measure and benchmark product success
- Work with larger Technical product management organization to align on broader product roadmap dependencies
- Assess marketplace for new product innovations and competitors
- Be keenly aware of emerging and expanding capabilities of AEM
- Support business case development for AEM usage and consumption to drive growth
- Lead engagement with key stakeholders ensuring experience journeys and product requirements are well understood
- Build strong relationships and influence others across the organization and with external vendors
- Balance multiple priorities and meet stated deadlines and deliverables
- Demonstrate effectiveness in dealing with ambiguity
- Use communications skills to influence outcomes
- Use analytics and optimization tools to inform product planning and prioritization
- 7+ years of Senior level technical product management experience producing stated deliverables and outcomes
- 5+ years of experience with AEM many of those focused on DAM
- Having lead multiple engagements leading a from-scratch AEM implementations including documenting legacy CMS tools and mapping to future state AEM
- Strong history of solutioning and documentation including: building Epics, breaking down to stories, flushing out details to the engineers, owning JIRA & MIRO boards, aligning with QA for testing, and hands on confirmation of success and done
- Deep expertise in other, non-DAM, AEM modules
- Solutions Architecting
- QA Testing
- Scrum Master
