XIn accordance with Washington state law, we are highlighting our comprehensive benefits package, which is available to all eligible US based employees. Benefits for this role include:

* + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

+ 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.

+ Experience designing end-to-end user interfaces, user flows, and prototypes using industry-standard design tools such as Figma.

+ Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).

* + Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

+ 3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization and 2 years of experience leading design projects.

+ Experience designing complex, data-heavy, or highly technical applications such as business-to-business (B2B), enterprise IT, developer tools, or cybersecurity.

+ Experience designing admin consoles, policy builders, compliance tools, or workflows involving complex system architectures and information architecture.

Experience with generative AI concepts, designing systems that build user trust, clear system attribution, and progressive disclosure.

Your work will be the bridge between AI capabilities and the trust, security, and reliability required by the world's largest organizations.

US: $159000 - $231000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
