Zendesk Administration And Architect
Location:
Burbank, LA and Seattle, WA
Duration: 12 months
Responsibilities:
- 2+ year's experience in Zendesk Administration, set-up, process mapping, planning, implementation & testing (Modules - Support, Connect, Explore, Help Center, Chat, Talk, Message, Embeddables, Satisfaction Prediction, Relate)
- Good understanding of Zendesk integrations
- Good understanding of Bulk import of data
- Ability to implement workflows, triggers, automation in Zendesk
- Exposure to Zendesk APIs
- Exposure to UI customization in Zendesk
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Good communication ability (Verbal & Written)
